Practice Fireworks Safety During the Holidays

HARDIN, December 28, 2004 - Many enjoy fireworks during the Holidays and it’s important to follow fireworks safety in order to enjoy them.

The Hardin Volunteer Fire Department responded to a fire in a storage building located behind a residence on CR 2069 north of Hardin on Tuesday evening.

Fireworks according to the homeowner started the fire and the building was totally destroyed.

Lost in the fire were the contents of the building which included equipment, including a welding machine and a large quantity of tools.
