9. Consider and take action, if any, on a request from the Valley Players to expand the theater portion of the Cultural Center.
10. Consider and take action, if any, on retaining the Buxton Group for economic development consultation.
11. Consider and take action, if any, on a Resolution in support of Entergy’s Team City Program and authorizing city officials and employees to cooperate in this program.
12. Consider and take action, if any, on a request to place an immediate moratorium, for 90 days, on any manufactured home location, other than currently approved home sites

13. Consider and take action, if any, on a request to amend the no manufactured home zone to include the Briargate Subdivision and surrounding area.
14. Consider and take action, if any, on a six-month moratorium on the placement of travel trailers on residential and commercial property, and on the development of travel trailer parks.
15. Consider and take action, if any, on the preliminary plat of the Kaemmerling Addition.
16. Consider and take action, if any, on the designation of Dr. Steven Ellerbe as the City of Liberty Health Authority.
17. Consider and take action, if any, on approval of an amendment to the Solid Waste Collection
Agreement with Waste Management.
18. Consider and take action, if any, to permanently close and demolish the swimming pool.

1. Deliberation Regarding Real Property. Discussion
of property acquisition. Gov. Code § 551.072.

20. Consider and take action, if any, on property acquisition as discussed in the executive session.
