Clear Burglary Cases
DAYTON,
February 4, 2004 - On Saturday, January
31, 2004, three people were arrested for Burglary of a Habitation.

Arrested
were Anthony Fowler age 17 of Dayton, Derrick Fowler age 19 of Dayton
and a 15 year old juvenile. All three were charged with Burglary to a
Habitation a 2nd degree Felony. Several items including guns, clothing,
and electronic equipment were recovered.
Sheriff Arthur
said Liberty County Sheriff, Sergeant Investigator Chip Fairchild expects
to clear up 15 to 20 burglaries in the Dayton area with these arrests.
The arrests were the results of an investigation into burglarys
that has been going on since mid October by Sgt. Investigator Fairchild.
Deputy Tullos,
Deputy Dishotel, and Dayton PD Sgt. Coleman assisted Sgt. Fairchild with
the identifying and arrest of the three suspects.
The warrants
were issued by Pct. 4, JP Glenn Pruett. The two adult suspects were jailed
and bonds set at $20,000. The juvenile was turned over to juvenile authorities.

investigate complaints regarding possible drug activities,
along with assisting with the execution of search warrants
and drug raids.
