Liberty PD Gets Their Man for the Third Time

LIBERTY, December 2, 2005 – Around 3:00 PM on Friday, City of Liberty Police Officer, Michael Doyle located Robert Daniel Alford age 30 of Liberty in the 500 block of Palmer Street as the result of information he had received.

As soon as Alford saw Officer Doyle, he fled through several yards between houses with Officer Doyle in pursuit.

Alford was apprehended behind a house on Franklin Street just west of Tennessee Street.

According to Officer Doyle, Alford resisted apprehension and was subdued with pepper spray.

Alford was wanted for evading Arrest and for State Jail Felony Enhanced Theft through the City of Liberty Police Department.
