UPDATE Suspects Apprehended in Police Chase

LIBERTY, December 14, 2006 – The Liberty County Sheriff’s Department reported today that all three suspects in yesterday’s police chase are now in custody at the Liberty County Jail.

Courtney Darnell Jones	Johnny Owen Stevens	Joseph Quinn Jackson

Courtney Darnell Jones age 22 of Liberty is in jail with bond set by Justice of the Peace Bobby Rader at $50,000 on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance, and $5,000 for Evading Arrest.

Joseph Quinn Jackson age 22 of Raywood is in jail with bond set by Justice of the Peace Bobby Rader at $50,000 for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Johnny Owen Stevens age 18 of Liberty is in jail with bond set by Justice of the Peace Bobby Rader at $50,000 for Possession of a Controlled Substance, $5,000 for Attempting to Take a Weapon from an Officer, $5,000 for Resisting Arrest and $1,500 for Eveading Arrest.
