The City Council of Liberty, Texas reserves the right to meet in closed session on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable pursuant to authorization by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.

6. Consider and take action, if any, on approval of a contract with Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L. P. for bond counsel services for the water improvement project.

7. Consider and take action, if any, on approval of a contract with Coastal Securities for financial advisor services for the water improvement project.

8. Executive Session.

1. Personnel Matters.  Interview with Police Chief Candidate and deliberate on the appointment of a Police Chief for the Liberty Police Department.
