Greg Bogany Sought by Authorities LIVINGSTON, December 14, 2007 - Polk County Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 has issued a revocation of bond and a warrant for the arrest of Gregory Ross Bogany.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Department has issued a bulletin advising neighboring counties of their search for Bogany. Bogany, a black male, age 33 is wanted on outstanding felony warrants for revocation of bond on an original charge of aggravated kidnapping.

Bogany is thought to be driving a white 2007 Dodge passenger vehicle with a Texas license plate numbered: 231 XRX.

Bogany is possibly en route to Houston from Livingston.

If the suspect is located, law enforcement officers are advised to use extreme caution and that Bogany, a former police officer, is considered armed and extremely dangerous. Anyone who sees Bogany is urged to contact local law enforcement immediately.
