Kid Fish 2008 Liberty
LIBERTY, April 27, 2008 - Was held today at 1:00 P.M.-4 P.M. at the Liberty City Park. Sponsored locally by BJ Ford.
Although the weather forecast said we'd get rain it didn't affect the great turn out for Kid Fish 2008 and despite a few drizzles the parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles still brought out their kiddos for an exciting event.
The winners:
Age 0-6 yrs
1st place - Ethan Abel age 3 yrs. 22 inch
2nd place - Allison Park age 3 yrs, 21 inch
Age 7-11 yrs
1st place - Brandon Payne 7 yrs. 21 inch
2nd place - Thomas Butcher 11 yrs. 20 1/4 inch
Age 12-16
1st place - Donnie Spears 13 yrs, 21 1/2 inch
2nd place - Ross Leavins 13 yrs, 18 1/2 inch
Grand Prize - Ethan Abel
Kids Fish at the Liberty City Park was fun day and a great outing for families from all over our area.
