Lions Hold Annual Broom & Mop Sale, April 7

LIBERTY, April 3, 2008 - The Liberty Lions Club will hold its annual Broom & Mop Sale on Monday, April 7 from 8 am to 6 pm near the Baskins parking lot.  Local Lions Club members will be selling brooms, mops, brushes, quality cleaning aids, and many other items for home, business and industry.

Plan to come by the big tent on Monday and help the blind help themselves by buying some of these fully guaranteed, quality blind-made products.  To obtain an advance sales order form, contact Lion Paul Newton at 336-5688, or any Liberty Lions Club member.

The Lions Club, whose motto is “We Serve”, reinvests the proceeds of this project in the local community in the form of college scholarships, eye glasses for needy children, youth sports, school projects, Spirit of Sharing, Children’s Protective Services, Boy Scouts and many other Lions Club projects.  Please come out and support your community with the purchase of these useful cleaning supplies for your home or business.
