Top Ten Fugitive Captured

LIBERTY, March 26, 2008 - This morning one of Liberty County’s Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives was arrested after the department received a tip from an i-dineout.com viewer of the Top Ten List published here earlier this week.

According to Corporal Hugh Bishop Jose Alexander Merdrano age 31 of Dayton was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Possession of Child Pornography.

Medrano was transported to the Liberty County where he awaits bond.
