Money Offered to Pay for Michigan Democratic Primary

MICHIGAN, March 19, 2008 - According to the Associated Press Governors, Jon S. Corzine of new Jersey and Ed Rendell of Pennsylvania have sent a letter to the Governor of Michigan, Jennifer Granholm containing a list of donors who would serve as guarantors to fund a $12 million dollar re-do of the Michigan Democratic Primary that would be accepted by the Democratic National Convention.

The list of guarantors includes;

Calvin C. Fayard Jr., Denham Springs, La., an attorney and member of Clinton's campaign finance team.

John Eddie Williams, a Houston attorney.

Fred Eychaner, Chicago, president of Newsweb Corp. and a donor to Clinton's campaign.

John Catsimatidis, a New York businessman and member of Clinton's campaign finance team.

Bernard Schwartz, a New York businessman and member of Clinton's campaign finance team.

Brooke Garber Neidich, a New York philanthropist and donor to Clinton's campaign.

Roger Altman, New York, a campaign adviser and investment banker who served as deputy treasury secretary in the Clinton administration.

Haim Saban, Los Angeles, a Hollywood studio investor and member of Clinton's campaign finance team.

Peter Angelos, Baltimore, an attorney and owner of the Baltimore Orioles.

Corzine, Hoboken, N.J., the former chairman of Goldman Sachs and New Jersey senator.
