Accused Child Predator Arrested in Indian Ridge DAYTON, April 8, 2008 - Liberty County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted the US Marshall’s Service in the arrest of accused child predator, Kenneth D. Stewart age 25 in the Indian Ridge Subdivision off FM 1409 south of Dayton around 10:00 PM Tuesday night.

Stewart has been arrested 9 times since August of 2000. His arrests are the result of a variety of charges including, Driving While License Suspended, Possession of Marijuana, Terrorist Threats, Theft, Harassment, DWI, Endangering a Child, Criminal Negligence and Robbery. He was found guilty after all of these arrests at times pleading guilty to a lesser charge.

According to sources Stewart is alleged to have sexually assaulted a 7-year-old girl Monday afternoon in Humble, TX and faces charges of Aggravated Kidnapping and Indecency with a Child.
